I've never done Pilates before. Can I still book?
Absolutely. Many of our private clients are completely new to Pilates and use 1:1 sessions as a comfortable introduction before joining group classes.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
Not at all. Pilates is designed to meet you where you are today.
Can private sessions help with injuries?
Private sessions can be a fantastic way to support recovery and improve movement patterns. If you're currently under medical care, we may ask for guidance from your healthcare professional.
How often should I attend?
This varies from person to person. Some clients attend weekly, while others combine private sessions with group classes.

The Cadillac (or Trapeze Table) is a large, raised table frame with a canopy-like structure of bars, straps and springs mounted above and around it
Combo Chair
A Pilates Chair is a compact apparatus with a padded seat and a spring-loaded pedal
Ladder Barrel
Increase spinal mobility, flexibility and core control while improving posture and body awareness.
